Rebranding the world’s most important financial cooperative
Decisions made easier. Lives made better.
It’s easy to innovate for the wealthy 1%, but how do you ensure advances in financial technologies benefit the other 8 billion people on the planet?
If you’ve ever used a Swift code to transfer a payment you will have used Swift. A cooperative working hard to solve this problem.
Swift is one of the critical pillars of the financial world. Every three days it transfers the GDP of the entire global economy across its network.
We have worked with their leadership team to refresh all aspects of their brand so that they can make their services more accessible and relevant to the financial community.
Our work started with the leadership team, helping them define a mission; one that would unite teams and proide a powerful context to activities.
We then developed a new brand identity to help Swift become more open, inspiring and human.
We brought together great copywriters, designers, interior experts and digital specialists to bring this thinking to life across all aspects of the customer experience.
We have developed a much stronger external communication approach, developed recruitment campaigns to attract new talent, and redesigned aspects of Swift's UX and UI.
We have overhauled Swift's approach to interior architecture.
And developed a new tone of voice and personality.
We have supported the Swift brand team in training internal teams and completed multiple design and strategy projects to strengthen the brand.
The work has had great results both internally and externally.
